You have the right to withdraw from the contract within the statutory period, without giving any reason. To start, locate your order.
A Consumer who makes a purchase through the fouta.gr online store has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised from the moment the purchase contract is concluded, even if the goods have not yet been dispatched or delivered.
For the sale of goods, the statutory withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days begins on the day on which the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Where multiple goods from the same order are delivered separately, the fourteen (14)-calendar-day withdrawal period begins on the day on which the last item is received.
The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal through the dedicated “Withdrawal” function available on fouta.gr.
The withdrawal function is available both to registered users, through their order details, and to guest customers, through the dedicated withdrawal page and the identification of the relevant order.
To submit a withdrawal declaration, the Consumer is required to provide the information necessary to identify the relevant order and to select the product or products in respect of which they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Before the declaration is finally submitted, the Consumer is given the opportunity to review the information provided and expressly confirm the withdrawal.
Following successful submission, fouta.gr shall send, without undue delay, an electronic acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal declaration, including the relevant details and the date and time of submission.
The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been exercised within the applicable time limit provided that the withdrawal declaration is submitted before the withdrawal period expires.
The availability and use of the electronic withdrawal function does not restrict any other means of exercising the right of withdrawal provided for under applicable law.
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send back or return the relevant products without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the Consumer communicated their decision to withdraw.
The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the products are dispatched before the fourteen (14)-day period has expired.
Products must be returned to the following address:
fouta.gr
147 Filadelfeias Street
136 71 Acharnes, Attica
Greece
The Consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the products, unless otherwise agreed by fouta.gr.
The Consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the Consumer shall be reimbursed for all payments received in respect of the products covered by the withdrawal, including, where required by applicable law, the cost of standard delivery.
Where the Consumer has expressly selected a type of delivery that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by fouta.gr, the additional delivery cost shall not be reimbursed.
The refund shall be made without undue delay and, in any event, within the period prescribed by law, using the same means of payment used by the Consumer for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, provided that the Consumer does not incur any additional fees as a result.
Fouta.gr may withhold reimbursement until it has received the returned products or until the Consumer has provided evidence that the products have been dispatched for return, whichever occurs first.
The dispatch of an order by fouta.gr does not affect the Consumer’s right of withdrawal.
If the order has already been dispatched at the time the withdrawal declaration is submitted, the Consumer shall be informed of the applicable return procedure. If the product has already been delivered, the return procedure described above shall apply.
Submitting a withdrawal declaration does not in itself constitute completion of the physical return of the products, nor does it result in an immediate refund before the applicable return and reimbursement procedure has been completed.
Where an order contains multiple products, the Consumer may, where applicable, exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of one or more individual products.
In such cases, reimbursement shall relate to the value of the products in respect of which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, subject to the conditions and requirements of applicable law.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in cases expressly excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
By way of example, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, as well as to other categories of goods expressly excluded under applicable law.
Where a specific product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, the Consumer shall be informed accordingly before completing the purchase.
This procedure applies in accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended and in force, including the amendments introduced by Greek Law 5317/2026 implementing Directive (EU) 2023/2673, as well as any other applicable provisions of Greek and European Union law.
